Terms and Conditions

Your order will only be despatched on receipt of payment.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made online by credit card using our secure order form. Our ordering system also provides the option of paying by cheque and will produce a completed order form for you to print out and post to us. You can also send for a printed brochure and order form if you prefer. A VAT receipt will be posted with your order.

DELIVERY
Address labels are despatched within 3 working days of receipt of order. Woven nametapes are despatched within 14 days. All orders are posted by 1st class post to UK addresses so allow one or two days for delivery from the time of despatch.

We post to addresses outside the UK using Airmail small packet which should take 3-5 working days from the time it leaves us. i.e. please add this to the quoted delivery times.

GUARANTEE
If you are not delighted with your address labels/nametapes simply return within 12 months for a full no questions asked refund of your total purchase price. You pay return postage only. In the unlikely event that you are returning the labels because there is a manufacturing fault, we will pay your return postage costs as well as a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

DELAY
We will contact you by email or post in the unlikely event there is any delay in despatching your order, when you will have the opportunity of cancelling the order for a full refund, or accepting the delay.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You can cancel your order by emailing us or phoning us within 12 hours of placing your order. Because we work on a very fast turnaround we are unable to stop an order after this time.

COMPLAINTS/COMMENTS
If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service please email Stephen Mees directly using the form on our 'Contact Mini-Labels' page. Mr Mees will reply immediately and will personally handle your complaint.
